Refund Policy

Overview

This policy explains refunds for purchases made on airapvideogenerator.co. Payments are processed by our payment provider; we never see your full card details.

Failed generations

If a generation fails (the AI service errors out, times out, or a safety filter blocks it), the credits it used are returned to your balance automatically. You do not need to ask.

Clearly broken results

If a result finishes but is clearly broken, email us within 7 days and we return its credits so you can make it again. Clearly broken means:

the mouth does not move with the song, or stops moving while the vocals go on
the face does not look like the person in your photo, or is badly distorted
the video freezes, or the sound is missing or cut off early
the song ignores your lyrics, beat or voice, or the video is shorter than the length you paid for

We check the result in your account before returning the credits. Credits are not returned because you would prefer a different look.

Credit packs

Unused credit packs can be refunded within 7 days of purchase. Packs that have been partly used can be refunded for the unused share at our discretion.

You can cancel at any time from your billing page; the plan stays active until the end of the current billing period. The first payment of a new subscription can be refunded within 7 days if you have not used its credits. Renewals are not refunded once the new period has started.

How to request a refund

Email support@airapvideogenerator.co from the address on your account with the date of the purchase. We reply within 3 business days. Approved refunds return to the original payment method; the credits from that purchase are removed.

Chargebacks
