Your Uploads and Results
You keep all rights to the files you upload and the rap videos, songs and lyrics we make for you, and you may post them on social media. When you upload your own song, you confirm you own it or have permission to use it in a video. You give us a limited license to store, process and show this content to you only to run the service: making your result, saving it to your account and delivering it to you. If you turn on sharing for a result, the license also covers showing it to people who open its link. The license ends when the content is deleted. We do not use your content to train AI models or in our marketing without asking you first. The Privacy Policy explains how long we keep it.
Upload only photos of yourself, or of people who agreed to it. For a person under 18, you must be their parent or guardian. Photos of celebrities, politicians and other public figures are not allowed, even with a parody label.
Credits and Refunds
Results are paid for with credits. The Refund Policy explains when credits or payments are returned.
Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Use our services in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
- Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of our services
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers or networks
- Use our services to distribute malware or other harmful code
- Upload photos of people without their permission
- Make content that is sexual, hateful or harassing, or that passes off a fake event as real to deceive people
- Put words in a real person's mouth to mock, threaten or defame them
- Upload songs you do not have the right to use
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make changes, we will provide notice by posting the updated Terms on this page.
